HWLC - 8 WEEK ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING PLAN
Here at LC Fitness we specialise in women's weight loss and fitness.
We understand that every client is an individual who requires a bespoke training plan to achieve their goals, taking into consideration time, health and experience.
What will you get?
An initial video consultation - we will arrange a call to discuss your goals, making sure that they are attainable and realistic. There will be a questionnaire for you to complete so we can ensure that tailor the program to suit.
Bespoke training sessions - You will receive 3 personalised plans to complete per week along with challenges. The sessions are designed to you and your goals, taking into account any injuries or problems you may have.
Weekly check in - We will sit down and have a chat once every week to talk about how you've been getting on and any changes that we feel may be necessary. I will also ask you to submit a weekly photo and weigh in.
Macronutrient Breakdown & Nutritional Advice - We will advise you on how many calories you should be having a day based on your age, weight and lifestyle and also work out how much carbohydrates, fats and proteins you should be having. Nutritional advice is available should you need it.
Support - A fully qualified trainer who is there, not only to improve your physical health, but to help with your mental health. You will also have support via message/email - as much as you need.
